CreatePartitions UEFI

This document contains commands to create four partitions for a UEFI/GPT-based PC using DiskPart: a 100MB system partition formatted as FAT32, a 16MB Microsoft reserved partition, a primary Windows partition formatted as NTFS that is shrunk to make space for recovery tools, and a primary recovery tools partition formatted as NTFS with a specific partition ID.
