a  teacher  
2.   21  years  of  age  on  the  day  of  hearing  of  the  petition  of  
naturalization  
3.    Good  moral  character  
4.   must  own  real  estate(engaged  in  lucrative  business,  profession  or  
trade  
5.   Must  speak  and  write  English  and  Dialect  or  Spanish  and    Dialect  
6.   If  have  children  must  enroll  in  a  Philippine  school  
7.    Must  be  presented  by  evidence

Ø   Those  convicted  in  a  crime  involving  moral  turpitude
