COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
Known all men by these Presents:

This Compromise Agreement is entered into by and between:

RONA JANE A. BARRETO, Filipino, of legal age, single and


a resident of Purok 3, Crossing Palkan, Polomolok, Province of
South Cotabato, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

-and-

REY E. PIMENTEL, Filipino, of legal age, married and a


resident of Purok Mauswagon, Brgy. Maligo, Polomolok, Province
of South Cotabato, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the complainant in the Public


Attorney’s Office Mediation Conference for Custody of Minor
Children against the SECOND PARTY;

WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the FIRST and SECOND parties


to settle the amicably in the spirit of peace and reconciliation, and, for
this purpose, have agreed to the following terms and conditions THAT:

1. Both parties shall comply with the following conditions:

a. The FIRST PARTY will have custody of their minor children


namely, VINCENT DAVE C. CRISOSTO and VENICE DANIELLE
CASIPE;

b. The SECOND PARTY agreed that when the FIRST PARTY is


outside the Philippines, the guardianship and custody of
their children shall be with LAURIN S. CASIPE and/or
JULIANA S. CASIPE;

c. Both Parties agreed to live with their respective lives


separately in the spirit of understanding and reconciliation;

d. The SECOND PARTY agreed not to physically hurt,


personally intrude and/or personally approach their
children without the consent of the FIRST PARY or the
guardians, as abovementioned;

e. The FIRST PARTY agreed for visitiorial rights of the SECOND


PARTY every ONCE a month, preferably on SUNDAY;

2. Any violation of this agreement will be a ground for the


filing of the appropriate case in court;
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto affix their respective
signatures, this 31st day of July 2018 in the Municipality of Polomolok,
Province of South Cotabato, Philippines.
