Ariel Corporation was founded in 1966 to produce a separable, reciprocating gas compressor

in the 100 to 200 horsepower range. Founder Jim Buchwald instilled the concept of quality of

design and manufacturing into Ariel’s corporate culture. These ideas are deeply embedded

into every aspect of Ariel’s operations.

As we continue to expand, the same drive for high standards and precision remain. Every
