NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. (I)/2012.- In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of Oil and Gas
Regulatory Authority Ordinance, 2002 (XVII of 2002) and in super-session of Oil and Gas Regulatory
Authority's Notification No. S.R.O.982(I)/2011, dated the 19th October, 2011, the Authority is pleased to notify
the following Prescribed Prices for the purposes of the said Ordinance, in respect of Sui Northern Gas
Pipelines Limited:

Institutions along-with Hostels and Residential Colonies to whom gas is supplied through bulk meters.

theaters and private offices, clinics, maternity homes, etc.

(iii) Special Commercial (Roti Tandoors):

volume of gas consumed including hotel industry but excluding such industries for which a separate rate has been
prescribed.
