1) The new hire should fill out onboarding forms online and bring a copy when coming for document verification. Please fill the ON BOARDING FORMS online (Available on clicking Onboarding tab on the left side of your page in
Careers portal) and bring a copy of it when you come for document verification.

1. Gratuity Fund - Nomination Form


2. Provident Fund and Pension Scheme- Nomination - Form 2
3. Declaration Form (Employee Pension Scheme) - Form 9

A Manual on How to fill your Onboarding forms has been attached at the end of this mailer, Please refer the same.

10th Standard Mark sheet Original
12th Standard Marksheet Original
Graduation Marksheet & Certificate Original
Post-Graduation Marksheet &Certificate Original
Diploma Marksheets &Certificate Original
Passport Size Photographs 5 Nos
Passport original + 1 copy
Pan card original + 1 copy
TCS offer Letter 1 copy
Previous Company Experience Letter’s Original
For Current Company Resignation Acceptance/Relieving Letter/Experience Letter should be On Company Letter Head or Mail trail
Current Company Relieving Letter 1 copy Resignation accepted with LWD details duly signed and sealed by HR on the company letter head.

Recent Hike Letter 1 copy Recent Hike Letter / Offer Letter of the current company in case hike letter is not applicable.
Gap Affidavit to be furnished for Gaps in educational /employment record (6 months or more) on Rs 20/- stamp paper-Notarized.
(Mention the period with reason for the gap during that period). This is applicable only if there is consolidated gap of more than 6
Gap Affidavit Original months.
Medical certificate (in the prescribed TCS format attached in the mail) –Signed and Sealed by a Certified Medical Practitioner of your
Pre-Employment Medical Declaration form Original choice.

Non-criminal affidavit Original Non-criminal affidavit on Rs 100/-stamp paper or e-Stamp –Notarized. Please refer the format attached
