I, Ezekiel Jacob D. Carinan, the current Program Head of People’s Law Enforcement Board in
Department of Interior and Local Government-NCR, would like to express my interest in applying
as a Local Government Operations Officer in your department. I am a self-motivated person
who is prepared to work hard to achieve my goals for the organization. I maintain work
performance despite difficulties and take on more than others,

With almost 2 years of experience in the field of education, especially senior high school, and
exposure to different activities and groundwork of Department of Interior and Local Government-
NCR as a former Legal Officer, and Program Head. I believe I would be a perfect fit for this position.
Last December 2018, I graduated with Master’s Degree in Business Administration from
Polytechnic University of the Philippines. I also completed and passed the first semester of my
Juris Doctorate Program in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

My special skills including knowing how to speak, write, and listen in French and Spanish.
