ACCOMPLISHEMENT REPORT
OF SCHOOL JANITOR

The following are the essential duties and responsibilities fulfilled by BENJAMIN C. SIBAYAN,
school janitor of Dalanguiring Integrated School by virtue of a memorandum of agreement signed by
concerned parties.

1. Cleans assigned school facilities (e.g., classrooms, offices, gyms restrooms, multipurpose,
grounds, etc.) For the purpose of maintaining a sanitary, safe, attractive environment.
2. Arranges furnishing and equipment for the purpose of providing adequate preparation for
meetings, classroom activities and events.
3. Daily attendance and punctuality are required for the purpose of ensuring the goals of the work
unit can be met.
4. Helps respond to immediate safety and/or operational concerns (e.g., facility damage, alarms,
etc.) for the purpose of taking appropriate action to resolve immediate safety issues and
maintaining a functioning physical and educational environment.
5. Inspect school district facilities for the purpose of ensuring site is suitable for safe operations
and maintained in an attractive and clean condition, and identifying any repairs that may be
necessary due to vandalism, equipment breakage, weather conditions, etc.
6. Prepares school facilities for daily operations (e.g, opening gates and building access door,
disarming security systems, raising flags, placing crosswalks signs, performing minor repairs,
etc.) for the purpose of ensuring school facilities are operational and safe.
7. Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient, effective
functioning of the work of unit.
8. Mow or trim lawns or shrubbery, using mowers or hand or power trimmers, and clear debris
form grounds.
9. Secure school district facilities and grounds for the purpose of minimizing property damage
equipment, equipment loss, and potential liability to the school district.
10. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating
systems.
11. Gather and empty trash.
12. Spray insecticides or fumigants to prevent insect or rodent infestation.
13. Show respect and courtesy to school personnel, visitors and other stakeholders.
