company can manufacture the part internally. In that case, it sa​v​es 20% of the price of
the product. However, it estimates a ​s​et-up cost of Rs. 250 per production ru​n​. The
annual production rate would be 4800 units. The inventory holding cost remains
unchanged,

the material).
Suppose the company works for 300 days a year and the procurement time is 12 ​days
a​nd safety stock is 400 units, find the re-order point, the minimum, maximum ​and
average inventory,
