Dear Sir / Madam,

I, Pushparajsing Jadeja, holding Indian passport number: N6603848 would like to travel for
tourism purpose & also see matches of Cricket World Cup 2019 which is held in United kingdom
and meet our family friend Mr. Devendra Gosai for a duration of 4weeks. This is anticipated
from 30th May 2019 as the world cup 2019 commences.

Please find the visa application form duly filled and signed along with the valid passport,
Photographs and the relevant documents for your perusal.

All the expenses will be borne by myself and our family friend Mr Devendra Gosai who is settled
in United Kingdom.

I have sufficient funds to cover my entire trip expenses apart from Mr Gosai’s funds. I have
Rs 3,80,000 (Approx GBP 4,000) in my State Bank of India Account No: 2008006064683.

I am working at Falcon Machineries as a Field Supervisor and also I have other farming income.

Apart from the Bank balance, I have 2 Lands and a house whose valuation report is also
attached along with this application and total valuation of all is Rs 90,00,000 (Approx Ninety
Lacs) and also my family is here and we are well settled in India.

I have various Life India Corporation policies.

Kindly consider the application and grant necessary visa.
