Kenapa pilih supply chain dan marketing
Marketing boosts innovation; it helps us to think besides the line and to create new approaches
for different problems. This is something which makes the difference in the business world,
possibility to adapt and perform with innovation. That’s why i believe the marketing and
customer development profession will bring many positive things in my future career. Also
marketing and customer development fields requires the audience in front of you. For this
profession, you have to be communicative, dedicated, fully devoted to the daily challenges you
have. Invent strategies for convincing the customers to buy the product, try to predict customers
behavior on some occasions, and you will be impeccable in the marketing process. Attract the
regular audience and always look how to engage the others. Marketing and customer
development is all about people, and this should be the first place of my priorities.
Also i believe supply chain as a profession of me. The function itself helps you see the
importance of how do you move from raw material to finished goods and sending them over to
end customers and in return receive payment for have been sold. It goes into the planning on how
you get the entire nodes linked up so that this material, production, logistics flow seamlessly and
output with products that meet quality and specification with no over or under stock; at
executable controls. The job requires you to work with internal and external customers as well as
suppliers. It goes beyond stakeholders management internally. How do you establish formidable
and strategic partnership with various type of vendors It forces you to be extremely sensitive to
the price movement of commodities, disasters, seasonal factors that have impacts on price,
energy sources, end of life technologies, new or old mines, new regulatory requirements, demand
and supply, etc. ; which determines how and what you would do in order to stock the right
material, at the right price , at the right time and the right place. Last but not least, the whole
following of technology development and choosing the right solutions that are available to help
you monitor the supply chain activities and everything in it; to make sure that you have the right
info for the right decision at the right time
What do you expect to gain from this internship and what are your work expectations?
My expectations involve being able to learn how to identify business problems, how to choose
strategies to address these issues, and how to plan and execute the tactics needed to achieve these
goals. By learning this, I can gain real-world experience of what it takes to drive business
operations forward.
What is your proudest achievement and why ?
im not saying i dont have any idea but still worth to say i always finding or always open up any
unlimited chance to feel my biggest achievements bcs i trully define "biggest" as something
significant and depended on how we define "biggest" itself. rough definition of "biggest" for me
is something that could shape me to a better person or experiencing some feeling of achieveing
my "higher self'. and for me achieving my "higher self" is something gradual and kinda of non-
stoppable life learning experience that should to be experienced with blessing. real instances of
mine was i experienced to demonstrated my capability as a chairman of senate faculty to
transformed and helped people arround me (BEM,Keluarga Mahasiswa) achieving their
proffesional harmony without experienced some laggy or unecessary unregulated things. i felt
kind of uplifting experience that i believe it brought me to my higher self. same experience but
different story was when i served as a project coordinator of Kuliah Kerja Nyata-UGM at Desa
Sukasari Kuningan, Jawa Barat. I worked and supervised my 30 members of team including
myself. i also coordinated with local district or sub-district leaders, chief of farmer unions, local
board of village apparatus, local micro business owners in village in terms of achieving our
collective purpose or "business contracts". i coordinated this project for 6 months. within 6
months i established Badan Usaha Milik Desa Sukasari (BUMDES). this agency consist of
Koperasi Desa, Satuan Usaha Pertanian Desa, and other UMKM based business which increased
village economic level. i also established Desa Sukasari waste recycle based system (which have
been developed TPA based recycle system, eco based composter, and other agricultural
instrument which accelerated agricultural productivity). i felt great and kind of experienced
"dude am i already achieving my higher self??" not just because i've done something based on
general plan but i've been done something that transformed and changed people (also system,
and regulation) into the better version that affects and matters for their life. once when i worked
as an account manager at pt bank panin tbk, i had a privileged to maintain several commercial
account and did some credit analysis for company creditworthiness. i maintained some EPC
company that basically similar for my bachelor degree background. once i helped something that
coincidentally my supervisor didnt have any clue about how the business works. i helped with
genuine love and all i can say we got the contract and we got benefit for the contract that we
assigned for just because in the team that i only can understand the core of business, because it
was my main course when i was a college student. still, i felt some uplifting experience for it, felt
some feeling of reaching my higher consciousness and higher self. and i happy for it because it
uplifted me to a better version of me
What is your biggest failure
When i served as chief project officer of KKN PPM UGM, i was diligent about setting goals and
striving to meet them on time. There was a time when one of my clusters failed to meet the
expected quota- and I take responsibility for that failure. I believe that I pushed my team too hard
to meet deadlines- instead of taking time to cheer them on for their accomplishments. In
retrospect- I feel that employees need to be nurtured in a professional capacity in order to be as
productive as possible. I learned to break goals into smaller segments and offer incentives and
rewards to the hardest workers.

There was a time too, early in my organization career when I worked too quickly and didn’t put
enough thought into producing quality results. Because of this- I was overlooked for promotions
and my career became stagnant. I feel like I failed my senior and myself by not working hard
enough and by focusing too much on quantity. On the plus side- I was driven to achieve the
goals that I had set- but my method for achieving them was flawed. In looking back- I can see
how important it is to give my work my full attention and produce the best results possible every
day. I can honestly say that I am appreciative of my failure because it has made me the
conscientious professional that I am today.
What is your significant leadership experience
I was delegated to represent Universitas Gadjah Mada community program and served as Unit
Chief Project Officer at that time. I was responsible for a team of 30 tasked with implementing
waste recycle based system and some other agricultural eco based instrument to optimizing and
solving the problem of unrecycled household waste and unoptimized agricultural sector of
village. my team also being challenged to improve social-economy condition of that village. in
that time, i was always being attached with daily routine of communicating with district or sub-
district board of executives (mainly with Kepala Kecamatan/Sekertaris Kecamatan also Kepala
Desa), chief of farmer union, also village apparatus, for gaining the problem insight of what we
called "unoptimized of whole system" so we can identify each problem, gaining problem
specification of each problem that have been identified and classified and we can much further of
slicing each problem to get much ellaborated problem to identify and yield to better and spesific
perspective.
Key problem occured:
-Unrecycled household waste, unallocated and unorganized distribution of government village
fund, unoptimized agricultural sector of village (Desa Sukasari, Kecamatan Mandirancan,
Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa Barat).
Key responsibilities and duties
-Established and maintained effective relationship with district or sub-district board of
executives (Kabupaten Kuningan/Kecamatan Mandirancan)
-Developed an understanding of the business-based empowerement behind each initiative,
including all motivating factors for all stakeholders and team
-Initiated and prepared sub-projects and plans including changing-based situations alternatives
project
-Maintained solid and strategic cooperation with chief of farmer union and village apparatus in
order to obtained collective purposes
Key achievements
