Good Day!

I am Erwin Cayl P. Cabangal, a 4th year Chemical Engineering student at the


University of Santo Tomas. I am currently taking a course on Chemical Process Industries
and I, together with my team, are assigned to report on Fertilizer Industry. We were tasked
to organize a plant visit for our group to help us understand the unit operations and
processes involved in the industry.

Likewise, as part of the curriculum in our Safety in the Process Industries course,
we are required to conduct an interview with a health and safety officer. This will help us
relate the knowledge learned in the classroom into a real-world application of safety
programs in an industrial set-up.

In line with this, we humbly request for a schedule of a plant visit and an interview
with your company’s safety officer. Your response will be highly appreciated and we are
