SRC ELECTION – VOTERS’ GUIDELINE

STEP 1
Identify yourself to the EC officials with your student’s ID card for validation.
When you are successfully validated, a PIN code would be generated for you.

STEP 2
Login to Vote using your INDEX NUMBER and the PIN code given you

STEP 3
Click to Select a Candidate to vote for.
a. Multiple candidates for a position
i. Click Candidate PICTURE OR
ii. Click Candidate NAME OR
iii. Click “Click Here” link under the Vote heading of the candidate of
choice

NOTE: If you don’t want to vote for a particular position,

• click the “CLICK HERE to pass to the next Position without voting for
the ……position “ link to pass to the next position
• Confirm your decision by selection Yes/No and click OK

b. Unopposed candidate (Single candidate for a position)
• Click YES or NO based on your decision

STEP 4
Confirm, accept and vote for your chosen candidate:
a. Click the PICTURE of candidate to confirm and vote for the candidate OR
b. Click on the name of the candidate OR
c. Click on the Check mark under Vote heading OR
d. Click the ” ACCEPT AND CONTINUE” Command button

After confirming your vote, candidates of the next position appear for you to
make your choice as in step 3
NOTE: At step 4, instead of clicking to confirm and vote for the chosen candidate, you
may click the “Back” button on the address bar to go back and select a different
candidate if the chosen one is really not your choice (This will take you back to step 3).

STEP 5
Repeat STEP 3 and STEP 4 till you vote for all positions.

STEP 6
After voting for all your chosen candidates of choice, the list of candidates you
voted for would be displayed for 5-8 seconds. Click LOGOUT command
button or just leave for the system to logout by itself within 8 second.

STEP 7
Come back after the voting process for the declaration of Election results.
