1.To transact business for Real Estate Tax and to execute all acts necessary and
in relation thereto.
2. To claim the Title from the Security Service System.
3. To make, sign, execute, and deliver contracts, documents, agreement and
other writings of whatever nature or kind, with any and all third persons,
concerns, or entities, upon terms and conditions acceptable to my said attorney.
4. To perform all acts for all other purposes.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might
or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and
revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or her
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
The special power of attorney shall be in effect until the completion of the
object or purpose above-stated.
