 Ownership for developing estimates, OP/forecasts/reviews, Growth for GE Healthcare Digital & act
as a key contact point of the teams for their operational requirements.
 Responsible for complete Financial Planning and periodical reporting of Financials to Healthcare
Digital HQ.
 Drive weekly calls for Healthcare Digital business with the Global stakeholders & operational teams
of Healthcare Digital products and services.
 Develop and improve financial processes: Finance reporting tools, Management reporting tools,
operating plan and estimating processes.
 Lead cross-functional projects to drive simplification throughout the FP&A COE Team and to
improve rigor in key Finance processes, reducing costs & improving profitability.
 Segment wise / Region wise / Products wise profitability analysis along with VOP & VPY walk;
Contribute to improving efficiencies and performance as well as providing quality financial
information (e.g. reporting dashboards and VC/BC KPI’s).
 Calculating & analyzing C&B of the resources of regions & products for estimations in agreement
with HR function.
 Provide support to Healthcare Digital HQ in performing quarter close activities in the finance
systems in agreement with operations & finance stakeholders.

May’12–Feb’17-Worked as a Manager (FP&A) in Cushman & Wakefield


 Preparation of Operating Plan(OP) & Strat Plan for all the service lines of APAC countries and
strive towards achieving and improving the plan.
 Providing timely deliverables to the Executive Director APAC & management; publish dashboards
of financials in comparison with forecast & OP.
 Preparation of Global Reporting for pipeline analysis, capex analysis, opex analysis, headcount &
top deals analysis wherein various kinds of KPI’s are measured in comparison with OP & forecast.
 Provide relevant information to the controllers & regional /service line leadership.
 Implement APAC Quality measures for timely and accurate results, reports and forecasts by regular
reviews of financials for the drivers of profitability.

 Publishing Monthly Redbook Reporting including P&L, Balance Sheet & developing financial
reports for actual & trend results analysis.
 Generate monthly forecast on 18 months rolling basis for Colt Comm. Services Division.
 Prepare Annual budget for Colt Communication Services Division. Analyze & recommend budget
adjustments, cost improvement measures to Central Finance team based in UK.
 Preparing & analyzing preclose reviews for P&L, Fixed Cost & HC of CCS Division.
