INTRODUCTION

“The CASHFLOW Quadrant is a way to categorize people based on

where their money comes from.”

The book will help anyone who wants to know where they belong in the

quadrant represented by four letters; E, S, B, and I (where E stands for

Employee – has a job, S for Self-employed – owns a job, and B for Business

owner– owns a business system and lastly I for Investors – makes money work

for them.) The book serves as assistance for those people who are set to move

on to one of the four quadrants where they can gain financial freedom and

security.

The book is all about the principals of income, assets and cash flow, and

let us understands the different ways and means by which income or money is

produced and how it is developed. In short, the book is a guide towards

FINANCIAL FREEDOM, and that’s what the book is all about.

LESSONS:

The CASHFLOW quadrant is an eighteen-chapter book that is all about

Financial Freedom, and truly full of lessons, guidelines that will help each and

every one of us in term of financial future.

“Know our path in life.” We need to know first our purpose in life, why

are we living, what are we made for, those types of questions that will further

help us in finding our goal and path in our life. “Our path in life is to find out what

is in our hearts.” And our path in life is our goal in life.

“Learn how to lead, deal and work with people.’ We should learn how

to transact with the people we are working with and lead them the right way. For

leadership can bring out the best in us.

“Learn how to take and manage risks.” We should not be frightened by

taking risks. We should not avoid it if we want to go through the path of financial

freedom.

“Knowledge is power.” We need to have the knowledge and education

about the four quadrants. We tend to feel more secure and mostly we are

prepared in case the opportunity comes to our life that means of changing our

quadrants from where we are to another.

“Success is a poor teacher.” We learn and knew ourselves best when

we fail, we learn from these failures. Because failing is the process of success so

we shouldn’t be afraid of failing.

“Investing is not risky.” Investing is fun and can set us free-free from

struggle of earning a living and worrying about money.

“It’s not what your eyes see.” Train our brains to see money. We should

be able to understand the words and the number system of capitalism.

“Know the difference between facts and opinions.” We can sightlessly

accept financial advice the way people on the E and S quadrants do. We must

know numbers for it will provide the facts. These facts will ensure us our financial

survival.

“Find your passion.” “We can be anything we want.” Passion builds

business -- not fear. Our passion depends on us. We can be a teacher, a doctor,

and an artist, anything we want. Being successful depends on how determined

we are.

“It’s Risky on the left side and more secure in the right side.”

Honestly, this is what the book really wants to show us. Being on the left side

means that a person is not that good in reading financial numbers, but if we

moved on to the right side, the numbers itself allows us to see what most people

don’t see.

“Know the differences of the four quadrants.” If we know the

differences between the four quadrants, we will be able to know where quadrant

we belong and where quadrant we want to fit in.

“Mind your own business.” We must not think of what other people

might say about you. For after we, ourselves is the person who can help us and

most of all God. If we want to switch to the bright side of the quadrant, we should

be able to know the process, and guidelines of transitioning to the B and I

quadrants. For after all, this book is all about helping people towards financial

intelligence, freedom and security.
