1. Reference: Verbal Instruction from Field Training Manager.

2. In this regard, the Police Trainees (FTP) listed below assigned in Police Station 1
respectfully requesting from your good office be granted a pass from 5:30PM of April 13,
2018 until 7:00PM of April 15, 2018 for them to have an enough travel time in reaching their
individual place of destinations especially those who are residing in far areas and to spend
an ample time with their family, to wit:
