AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, SHARON CRUZ, of legal age and residing at No. 169 Paboreal Street Zone II,
Brgy. Rizal, Makati City, after having duly sworn to in accordance with law declares:

1. I am the complainant in the above-entitled case against the accused Edward


Concepcion;

2. I am withdrawing my complaint against the accused because what has been


alleged in my complaint-affidavit that became the basis of the filing of the information
against the accused aroused from misappreciation of facts that resulted in our
misunderstanding and for this reason I am withdrawing the charges against him;

3. I am formally desisting or withdrawing my complaint against the accused


Edward Concepcion as embodied in the information;

4. I executed this affidavit voluntarily and with my own volition and with full
knowledge of its legal consequences and effect and finally I certify under oath that I have
voluntarily executed this instrument with full knowledge and understanding and without
threat and intimidation upon my person.
