road are really indispensable for a happy and safe life.

Q3. Advertisements have become a big business. They are promoted by celebrities drawn from various
fields like films; sports etc. leaving their influence on all people specially the young. Write an article on
the ‘Impact of Advertisements on the Younger Generation’.

Q4. You are an active member of the Animals Lovers Club of your school which works for preventing
cruelty to animals. Write an article in 150 -200 words for your school magazine emphasising the need
to co-exist peacefully with animals. You are Zaheeda/Zahir of P. K. Senior Secondary School,
Hyderabad.

Q5. Recently residents of Vasant Kunj collected on road and blocked the traffic to protest against the

13. What do you understand by a sole proprietorship business? Explain its suitability and features.

20. “One man control is the best in the world if that one man is big enough to manage everything.” Explain
this statement.
21. The business assets of an organization amount to Rs. 50,000 but the debts remain unpaid are Rs.
80,000. What course of action can the creditors take if
(a) The organization is a sole proprietorship firm.
(b) The organization is a partnership firm with Anthony and Akbar as partners, who share profits and
losses equally. Which of the two partners can the creditors approach for repayment of debt? Explain
by giving reasons.
