Greetings,
I have been canvassing the community, in the ever evolving Service Industry,
which allows me to serve as a catalyst for successful branding, customer
service, informational materials for the general public, soft skill training
and market development initiatives complimented by high-caliber general
management expertise and a proven track record in delivering value to
client organizations. I as an individual, am, well versed in public contact &
have a solid track record for compiling branding, training & promotional
information.
Over the past 6year, I have been giving public presentation, innovatively
designing flyers and brochures for organizations, and interacting with the
general public. My skills in customer service are excellent and I can handle
customer problems in tactful manner. You’ll find my communications skills
well above average and I have had the opportunity to interact with very diverse
populations and individuals of all ages. I can interview with business clients to
gather facts and put these facts in to written materials; interpret rules,
regulations and policies; plus function positively as part of a team. You can trust
me to work unsupervised, meet deadlines, and develop creative ideas that will
make a difference in services rendered to the general public.
Solely responsible for tie-ups with international / domestic organizations for students
Training & Placements.
Managing a team of 20 Training & Placement Executives for recruitment drives at
various Channel centres.
Assisting with the development and implementation of performance & service
standards for all Training activities at a national/regional/local level.
Working collaboratively with the National Training, Service and the National
Managers, Operations, to ensure the successful implementation of future training &
development strategies in relation to national/regional/local proficiency needs.
Managing corporate relationships
Managing current students and alumni database
Establishing best practices, policies and standards for new and renewal training,
underwriting and submission processes for all regional and national Programs.
Optimum utilization of resources equipment and manpower through effective
inductions and training programs.
Establishing objectives, coaching, and counseling direct reports on the attainment of
objectives and providing performance feedback.
Identifying training and development needs of the manpower.
Solely responsible for the growth of Publication Business in the territory.
Involved in entire corporate operations
Managing the Inventory of the bought-out-Stock (BOS) components in the stores/
production facility
Looking after the dispatch of quality ensured components conforming product
specifications from vendor’s facility.
Accountable for vendor development for new categories of items & existing categories
with new items.
Maintenance of database of Supplier catalogue present in the market.
Relationship management with the Suppliers present in the Approved supplier’s database.
Quality Supplier’s Review (QSR) for analyzing Supplier’s performance over a time.
Pertaining to a Purchase Requisition and subsequently to its proper approval routing.
Generating request for quotation and thereafter purchase orders and dispatch schedules so
as to ensure timely delivery keeping sourcing rules intact.
Undertaking new product development, delivery of pilot orders for the R&D testing and
subsequently approval/ rejection status assigned.
Performing the costing for developing any new component so as to derive its rational
price for the company and subsequent negotiations with the supplier.
Ensuring smooth receipt of the deliveries with proper documentations.
Participating as freelance soft skill and behavioral trainer also acted as Training Consultant
to many companies. I conducted, first training program, in the early 1996. Thereafter, I
have been associated with training & educational activities. Being associated with various
organizations, at a responsible Managerial profile, developed most of the training modules
on soft skills &Organizational Behavior. Later, felt a need to give back up to the training
activities, by way of handling HR assignment. Since Aug 2008, started working as
freelance soft skill and behavioral trainer.
