1. A copy of the deposit slip is required for presentation upon arrival together with
a copy of your guaranteed booking quotation at the resorts’ reception
area.
2. Your meals stub will be provided at the reception area upon arrival
and registration.
3. Meal stubs MUST be surrendered at the pavilions’ checker EVERY
meal. Failure to surrender your stub may cause delay of service.
4. Check-in time is at 1:00 in the afternoon.
5. Standard arrangement serves lunch upon arrival from 12:00 – 2:00 in the
afternoon.
6. FULL payment is required upon arrival to be settled at the resorts cashiers’
office. All other incidental and/or additional charges will be settled in cash upon
check-out.
7. Modes of payment at the resort can either be in cash Philippine currency.

2. Modifications will only be allowed once fifteen (15) days prior to actual date of
reservation and subject to availability of the resort.
a. Modification covers change(s) in room or headcount.
General provision of the policy stated above is superseded by events resulting from force
majeure or fortuitous event, natural calamities, acts of war and / or a lawful order.
The Municipality of San Juan,Batangas is charging PhP 20.00 per head for the
Ecological fee.
If you have paid for the necessary corkage, please keep your receipt and present when
asked for.
I hereby understand and acknowledge the Resort’s policy on CORKAGE and items NOT
allowed to be taken in at the resort for consumption.
