Identity-Based Encryption (IBE) provides a public key encryption mechanism where

a public key is an arbitrary string such as an email address or a telephone number. The

corresponding private key can only be generated by a Private Key Generator (PKG) who has

knowledge of a master secret. The concept of revocable identity-based encryption (RIBE)

might be a promising approach that fullfills the mentioned security requirements for data

sharing. RIBE features a mechanism that enables a sender to append the current time period

to the cipher text such that the receiver can decrypt the cipher text only under the condition

that user not revoked at that time period.
