1. Raw Water Intake : 5 Meter from Raw Water Intake Pump House
2. Inlet Pipe to WTP: From WTP Boundary Limit: 250 Meter.
3. BP-1 : 5 Meter from BP-1 Pump Delivery Header
4. BP-2 : 5 Meter from BP-2 Pump Delivery Header
5. SS-3: Interconnecting Pipe from New & Old SS-3 Tank.

EXCLUSIONS

The following are excluded from Wabag’s Scope:

1. All kind of civil works.


2. Interconnection from Treated Water Storage Tank to BP-2 Water Storage.
3. Interconnection from Clarifier to Ultra Filtration Plant.
4. Hydraulic Power Pack for Belt Type Filter Press (Not required)
5. Filter Under drains system supply & installation.
6. All automatic & pneumatic actuator operated valves.
7. All Instrumentation.
8. Instrument isolation valves.
9. Air piping for Instrument & pneumatic valves.
10. Supply & erection of Filter Media.
11. Chemicals & Consumables.
12. Integration of the Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation
13. Other Item as specified as NOT CONSIDERED in Price Bid.
14. Wabag is not responsible for Process performance guarantee concerning water outlet
quality and standards. Wabag will only be responsible for the guarantee of its supplied
equipment within the requirements of the technical specifications for that equipment.

 Transformer Room: Axial Ventilation Fan: 6 Nos. Capacity (each): 6000 CFM.
 Electrical Room: Propeller Fan: 2 Nos. Capacity (each): 500 CFM
 Toilet (Guard House): Ceiling Mounted Fan: 1 No. Capacity: 250 CFM.
 Sludge Dewatering Building :
1. Electrical Room: Split Type Air Condition: 4 Nos. Wall Mounted/ Ceiling Mounted,
Expose Type, Capacity 18000 BTUH, Supply Air 600 CFM.
2. Electrical Room & Ground Floor: 3 Nos. Ventilation Fan, Wall mounted with
Gravity Damper, Capacity 150 CFM
3. Mezzanine Floor: 4 Nos. Axial Fan with Gravity Damper, Capacity 2000 CFM
 Blower Room: 3 Nos. Centrifugal Ventilation Fan
 Office Room: Split AC
 Overhead Crane: 3T: 1 No.
 Overhead Crane: 7T: 1 No.

3. Our scope of work under Item No. B.10 : Fire Protection System of Price Bid as under :
Fire Protection for WTP Area:
 WABAG Scope of Fire Protection is limited to the WTP area only.
 The scope of fire protection for the WTP includes the following only:
1. All piping, valves and fittings excluding the Fire Pumps and Hydro pneumatic tank
upto the Site Fire Ring Main is in scope of WABAG.
2. Diesel Pumps, Hydrant Pump and any other pump required for Fire-fighting is not
in WABAG’s scope.
3. Sprinkler arrangement along with piping for the fire protection of buildings, LVSM
and HVSM type spray system are not in scope of WABAG.

4. We have considered Bar Screen, Raking Machine & Band Screen & Stop Log Gate of
Item No. A: Raw Water Intake of Price Bid based on Local supplier’s price. Detail
Technical Specification is as under :

Mono Rail Raking Machine: 1 Unit

Straight travelling length, approx. 20.50 meter, Grab width 1500 mm, Maximum trash
weight 1000 Kgs., Inclusive of all column posts in Galvanized Steel, Grab in Galvanized
Steel, Cable wire SUS304, Hand pendant controller, PLC controller, Cabinet channel
width 2.5 meter, Channel depth 7.4 meter, All fixing bolts and anchorage bolts in SUS304
are included. Cable reel shall span the whole length of operation.

Bar Screen: 2 Sets.

Channel width 2.5 meter, Channel depth 7.5 meter, install angle 75 degree from
horizontal, Bar Rake in Galvanized Steel w/cathodic protection, opening 50 mm.

Dual Flow Band Screen: 2 Units.

Bi-directional flow Fine Screen, Inlet – 2, Outlet – 1, Channel depth 7400 mm, Width 2010
mm, Supporting Frame in Steel with epoxy paint, Mesh Panels in Stainless Steel 304
woven wire completed with cabinet box.

5. Please find under our scope under Item No. B.10 of Price Bid : Septic Tanks :
 Capacity 600 Lit., MOC: PVC: 1 No.
 Capacity: 2 Cum/Day, MOC: FRP, Include Air Pump (48 L/M): 1No.
 Capacity: 7 Cum/Day, MOC: FRP, Include Air Pump (120 L/M): 1 No.
