PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Create, curate, and manage all published content across all channels including social media, e-mail
marketing, blogs, press releases, etc. Implement a digital marketing calendar to manage content and plan

‘Live Bold, Live Now,’ an award-winning initiative aimed at educating and empowering patients
● Introduced Adobe Analytics to external contributors – ran and interpreted monthly and quarterly
reports to help understand visitor trends and customer engagement and help inform direction of
editorial plan
Worked with preeminent journalists to create original investigative reporting on subjects of national and
international importance for the Workshop’s website investigativereportingworkshop.org as well as national
news organizations.
● Contributed as a researcher and photo editor to “The Hole,” a story that revealed the use of solitary
confinement in immigration detention centers around the country and was also published by T he
New York Times
● Collected and investigated vast amounts of information about Charles and David Koch, including
the 990 forms from all five Koch family foundations for 2007-2011, which was used to produce
“The Koch Club,” a project that took more than two years and involved dozens of researchers

Produced content for magazine’s print and online columns and blogs. Managed Northern Virginia
Magazine’s website and daily deals site Specialicious.com, as well as the magazine’s Twitter, Facebook,
