1. Login to SAP with using GUI – Graphical User Interface


Get ready to start SAP –

1. Check point is whether SAP GUI is installed on your Personal Computer. If not
installed then you have to install this GUI on your PC.

2. Check point is whether your system / PC are connected with MSEDCL’s network. If
not connected, then contact your IT support team to get connection.

3. Finally check SAP Logon shortcut on your PC’s desktop.

PC‘s Desktop. Double click on this
shortcut, it will guide to Login

Double click on this


Connections link and it will
open SAP logon screen.

Insert Your User Name in User area like: D031JE /


D031EE

Press tab or click in password area and insert Password


properly.

(Note: Do not attempt wrong password/User name 3


times otherwise your user will get locked)

3. ABR Calculations Master

Prepare Base ABR File to be uploaded:


Prepare base ABR File based on template given.

NOTE: Do Not Forget to Delete First row of Prepared Excel Sheet.

b. Upload Prepared Excel Sheet:


T-code : ZDFUBABR

a) Use Transaction Code ZDFUBABR to upload the subdivision wise base ABR.

b) Select the excel file.

1. Select the
required file
from the popup 2. Click here to
Open File.

c) Table on Screen auto filled by Excel sheet data.

Values from Excel sheet will get


populated in this table

d) Click on Save to Save Data.

1. Once clicked on save


button it will ask your
decision for saving the
data

2. Click here to
Save Records

e) Message will be displayed (Data Saved).

f) Click on Refresh Button to Remove all the data filled in table in case of wrong values uploaded.

And follow (a-e) steps again to upload corrected excel sheet.
