2.Please be informed that on June 25, 2019 at 4:00am the whole day
activity started of Team 29 led by PSMS Edward P Aluyon and PMSg Leo I
Pontillas Jr. with the direct supervision of PLTCOL EDWARD TAN EUSEBIO,
TM, RSTU 10 and activity ended at 10:00 pm of the same date.

On July 2, 2019 at about 4:30am, Team 29 of Gingoog City Police


Station under FTO PSMS Eduard P Aluyon and FTO PMSg Leo I Pontillas
Jr., with Police Trainees undergoing FTX/OJT who were deployed in
Gingoog City. Conducted Morning Formation and personnel accounting
at Veteranz street, Gingoog city.This activity ended at 4:40am of the
same date.
On July 2, 2019 at about 4:50am, Police Trainees under going
FTX/OJT Class 2018-01 initiated by their FTO’s PSMS Eduard P Aluyon and
FTO PMSg Leo I Pontillas Jr. who were deployed in Gingoog City. Conducted
morning devotion Patrolman Bagtong led the opening prayer, Patrolwoman
Lood led the Bible reading and Patrolman Bolo led the closing prayer at
Veteranz Street, Gingoog City. The said activity ended at 5:00am of the same
date.
On July 2, 2019 at about 5:00am, Team 29 of Gingoog City Police
Station under FTO PSMS Eduard P Aluyon and FTO PMSg Leo I Pontillas Jr.,
with Police Trainees undergoing FTX or OJT who were deployed in Gingoog
City. conducted Physical Conditioning and Road Run at Pahayahay sa
Pantalan, Gingoog City. This activity ended at 6:00am of the same date.
On July 2, 2019 at about 7:30am, Team 29 of Gingoog City Police

Station under FTO PSMS Eduard P Aluyon and FTO PMSg Leo I Pontillas Jr.,

with Police Trainees undergoing FTX or OJT who were deployed in Gingoog

City.Conducted morning formation and personnel accounting at Veteranz

Street, Gingoog City. The said activity endeed at 7:40am on the same date.
On July 2, 2019 at about 8:30am, Team 29 of Gingoog City Police

Station under FTO PSMS Eduard P Aluyon and FTO PMSg Leo I Pontillas Jr.,

with Police Trainees undergoing FTX or OJT who were deployed in Gingoog

City. Conducted a lecture and discussed about R.A. 7610 Child Abuse and

properly held at Gingoog City Police Station, the said activity endeed 11:50am

on the same date.


On July 2, 2019 at about 1:15pm, Team 29 of Gingoog City Police Station

under FTO PSMS Eduard P Aluyon and FTO PMSG Leo I Pontillas Jr. OJT

who were deployed in Gingoog City. Conducted a lecture and Discussion

about R.A 9344 CICL at Gingoog City Police Station, the said activity endeed

at 5:00pm of the same date.


On July 2, 2019 at about 9:20pm, Team 29 under FTO PSMS Eduard

P Aluyon and FTO PMSg Leo I Pontillas Jr with Police Trainees undergoing

FTX or OJT and together with other team. Conducted Evening Devotion

(opening prayer led by Patrolman Yamaro, bible reading led by Patrolman

Villastique and closing prayer led by Patrolman Bolo. This activity ended at

9:30PM pm of the same date.


On July 2, 2019 at about 9:30pm, Team 29 under FTO PSMS Eduard P

Aluyon and FTO PMSg Leo I Pontillas Jr with Police Trainees undergoing

FTX or OJT and together with other team. Conducted Roll Call Formation and

Personnel Accounting. This activity ended at 9:40PM of the same date.
