I.

STUFFED CRAB

Mga Sangkap:
1 Kilong Alimango
1 Pirasong Luyang Dilaw (Durog)
4 Pirasong Sibuyas (Tinadtad)
1 Buong Bawang (Dinurog)
5 Pirasong Kamatis (Hiniwa)
Dahon ng Sibuyas (Hiniwa)
Gata ng niyog (optional)
Lemon Grass o Tanglad
Asin pampalasa

Paraan ng Pagluluto:
1. Tanggalin ang laman at taba ng alimango.
2. Paghaluin ang taba ng alimango, sibuyas, luya, dahon ng sibuyas, bawang, kamatis, niyog at
asin.
3. Ipalaman ang mga pinaghalong sakap sa loob ng alimango. Gumamit ng lemon grass o tanglad
para maisara ang pinalamang alimango
4. Lutuin ang alimango sa mababang apoy. Lagyan ito ng gata o tubig, takpan at pakuluin.
II. PASTIL

Ingredients:
½ kilo of Chicken wings
Half of Onion and Garlic (thinly sliced)
½ cup Cooking Oil
¼ cup of Soy Sauce
¾ cup of Vinegar
½ tsp. Black Pepper (Ground Pepper)
Salt to taste
4 cups of White Rice
Banana Leaves for wrapping
Sili red

Procedure:
1. Cook rice then set aside.
2. Slice the chicken and boil until the meat is tender.
3. Let the meat cool before making it into flakes.
4. Put oil in a pan then sauté the sliced onions and garlic in a low fire. When the onions and
garlic turn golden brown, add the flaked chicken meat, salt and black pepper.
5. Cook for 10 minutes before adding the vinegar and soy sauce continue to cook until the oil
comes out.
6. Put rice in banana leaves and top it with the chicken adobo flakes then wrap.
III. DOLDOL

Ingredients:
3 cups Giniling malagkit
3 cups Gata ng Niyog Pure
2 cups Brown Sugar (optional)

Procedure:
1. Combine the malagkit, gata and brown sugar.
2. Cook in a low fire and continues mix until soft.
3. Put in banana leaves
