Bangin' Banana Bread: in A Jar!
Bangin' Banana Bread: in A Jar!
in a jar!
My banana bread recipe is guilt-free, gluten free and downright delicious! This recipe will work in
a regular loaf pan if you don’t want to make it in the jars! Have fun with your flavor add-ins!
INGREDIENTS PROCEDURE
1½ cups oat flour (ground up oats) • Preheat oven to 350°F.
3 medium bananas, mashed • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
3 Tbsp brown/coconut sugar • Divide batter into 8oz mason jars sprayed with cooking spray,
¼ cup stevia/granulated sugar or (fill about ¾ full, my batter filled 5 jars) or a loaf pan.
sweetener of choice • Bake about 22–25 minutes. (I would keep an eye on them- they
¼ cup apple sauce may need more or less time depending on the size of your jars/
1/3 cup egg whites loaf. They will be done when the top begins to brown and a
1 tsp vanilla extract toothpick comes out clean!) Check your bread at about 15-20
¼ tsp salt minutes, and if you’re worried it is browning too much on
1 tsp baking soda top, you can cover with a layer of foil for the remainder of the
1 tsp baking powder cooking time.
1 tsp cinnamon
3–4 Tbsp walnuts (optional)
3–4 Tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
