I always get a “DNS error (80410410)” message on my PSP when I

go to “Test connection” or when I try to connect to the Internet:

The DNS 80410410 error message may appear in certain cases on your
PSP when you try to establish a connection to the Internet.

To resolve this problem, you must manually enter the DNS (Domain Name
System) settings for your Internet service provider on your PSP, as follows:

1. Open the Network Settings menu on your PSP.


2. Select Infrastructure Mode.
3. Select the connection that you have already created for the
FunAccess and then press the Triangle (Options) button on your
PSP console.
4. Select Change, and then validate.
5. Press the right button on your PSP console 4 times to skip the first
steps, until you get to Address Settings.
6. Select Custom and continue.
7. In the IP Address Setting window, select the Manual option and fill
in all of the following fields:

- IP address: enter an IP address between 192.168.0.2 and


192.168.0.254 (example: 192.168.0.15).

- Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

- Default Router: 192.168.0.1 (this is the FunAccess key’s IP


address).

- Primary DNS and Secondary DNS: These settings depend on


your Internet service provider. Contact your ISP for information
on the settings to use or try the following settings:

These DNS coordinates may be modified by your ISP. If the settings


listed above do not function properly, please verify them with your ISP.

8. Continue to the Proxy Server screen and keep the Do Not Use
option.
9. In the Internet Browser screen, keep the Do Not Start option.

You can then verify the Setting List displayed on your PSP’s screen, Save
and Test Connection.
