I am writing to you on behalf of my company client, Marcel Castillo, a content creator on your platform.
Please find enclosed a copy of my power of attorney.
My client has two YouTube channels, “StimpyPvP” and “MarcelFrags,” the affected channel. MarcelFrags
was terminated as the result of several false copyright claims. These claims are baseless and fraudulent,
as is evidenced by this individual making tweets bragging about the fact that the fraudulent attempt was
successful: https://twitter.com/rebotingcss/status/987429158165688320
This letter shall serve as notice, per Section 512 (g)(2)(b) of the Copyright Act, that the copyright claims
made against my client’s channel were made inaccurately. For clarity, the following videos were
misidentified as copyrighted material:

We understand your position as a company in this situation and understand that, in some cases, you
must process false claims to protect YouTube as a platform. We certify that this counter-notification is
accurate and under penalty of perjury have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled
as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the removed material.
We consent to the jurisdiction to the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which we are located.
