INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses NASH AKIT of frustrated homicide committed as


follows:

That on or about 21 August 2014, in Quiapo, Manila the accused did then
and there hit VIC TIMA hard in the head with several blows after a heated
argument between the two, pushing the said Vic Tima to fall on his knees and beg
the accused to stop beating him but to no avail as the accused continued beating
the said Vic Tima, inflicting on the latter concussions and severe trauma in the
head, deep wounds and evident bruises on his body, altogether causing him to
eventually fall unconscious and die on the spot, which injuries were considerably
fatal, thus causing the death of Vic Tima.

I hereby certify that a preliminary investigation in this case was conducted


by me in accordance with law; that I examined the Complainant and his witnesses;
that there is reasonable ground to believe that the offense charged had been
committed and that the accused is probably guilty thereof; that the accused was
informed of the Complaint and of the evidence submitted against him and was
given the opportunity to submit controverting evidence; and that the filing of this
Information is with the prior authority and approval of the City Prosecutor.
