Introduction -

We specialize in handicrafts made from Galvanized Sheet & Casting Metal. When we started
exports we found a niche market in manufacture and export of galvanized products. In recent
years, however, more and more of our business is from exports of utility/decorative items in
powder coated galvanized and mild steel sheet. We started with exports to USA and now we
are exporting to reputed stores and catalog companies in several countries. Our main
emphasis is on quality and on timely deliveries. Our quality control starts right from the raw
material stage. Please find below brief notes which will enable you to understand and
appreciate our quality consciousness.

Sourcing of Raw Material:

We buy sheet directly from the steel mills or through their main distributors,
depending upon the quantity on order. To minimize scratches during handling we buy the
sheets in coil form and have a special arrangement to cut the coils in required sizes.

Manufacturing:

We have an internal meeting prior to start of production. Among other things,


we discuss all possible things that can go wrong with the product during
manufacturing and/or packing with particular emphasis on quality issues and how we should
take care to produce them in the best possible manner. This discussion is done for each
product. Necessary tooling is done to ensure consistency in production from piece to piece.

Powder coating:

We have recently installed an automatic conveyorised Powder Coating plant with an eight
tank Pre Treatment plant. This unit is well supported by our R O water treatment plant to
give the best quality water for pre treatment. Keeping in view the Environment requirements
an Effluent Treatment plant has been installed so that the effluent from pre treatment unit is
neutralized before it is released in the sewage system.

Production Capacity

Though the production capacity varies item to item, on an average we can produce
approximately 15,000 to 20,000 pieces per month.

Production Lead Time : 75 Days for first order. Repeat production can be done
in 50 to 60 days, or as per buyer’s shipment schedule.

Area of Manufacturing Unit : 4000 Square Ft.
