Our group was founded with the hopes of helping HR and non-HR professionals to have
a better understanding of different HR practices and its importance to an organization.
We collectively and openly discuss various aspects of Human Resources from Talent
Acquisition, Training and Organizational Development, Labor Law and Relations,
Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement and so on.

About the Event
One of the critical skills that every HR Professional must possess is an in-depth
understanding of the Labor Laws. It is essential in the said profession as it is incorporated
in every facet of HR, from Recruitment to Separation.
Furthermore, as the labor law changes and improves its application in the workplace, it
is necessary for HR to keep abreast as to the latest and current implementation of the
labor laws.
There will also be a practical discussion on the Primer of Data Privacy Act and the
Telecommuting Law.
In this #LearningEvent, participants will learn the application of the afore-mentioned sub-
topics in the workplace. They will also learn some of the best practices in promoting a
harmonious relationship in the workplace as the foundation of a good employer-
employee relationship.

He enjoys mentoring students on labor law, data privacy, contracts, and business laws.
Having previously been an MBA Law Instructor at San Beda University, he finds it fulfilling
to teach and author books while applying his own lessons into his private law practice.

He also took part in the very 1st Multi-functional Data Privacy Summit held last year. The

Learning Investment Details
1. Learning investment is Two Thousand Pesos (Php2,000.00) only, Non-VAT.
2. Learning Investment covers the Venue, AM and PM Snacks, Unlimited Coffee, and
Certificate of Participation.

5. Deadline for depositing the learning investment is on March 25, 2019. First, come-first
serve, meaning the first to complete their payments will secure their seats first.
For multiple participants in one deposit, please indicate the complete names of the
participants.
7. An Acknowledgement Letter will be provided within 2-3 working days upon receipt of
the deposit slip. This will also serve as the Event Ticket.
9. The Philippines HR Group (PHRG) shall reserve the right to postpone the
#LearningEvent due to force majeure.

11. For the learning investment to be refunded with less 30% processing charge,
cancellation should be made not less than seven (7) days before the seminar date.
12. No show or failure to inform cancellation will result in forfeiture of the full amount paid.
13. Learning investment may be refunded upon presentation of the original copy of the
bank deposit slip and a valid ID.
14. Certificates will only be given to those who have attended the seminar. Those who
registered but will not attend the seminar will not be given a certificate.
15. Upon registration on the day of the #LearningEvent, your seat/s will be reserved but
there will be no seating arrangements, preferred seats will be on a first come, first
served basis.
16. Event starts at 8:00 AM. All participants are asked to please come 15-30 minutes early
prior to the start of the program for the Registration.
