Last October, our director organized a one-day volleyball league as a performance task. The intense physical activity of the league caused players to sweat and lose body fat as they moved quickly. The league had an elimination round with two groups, followed by semifinals and a championship match. My role was to observe whether the ball was in or out of bounds. After playing, we discussed outdoor activities, recreation, leadership skills, and traits of a good leader. The seminar was enjoyable but tiring.

Last October 13 we perform a seminar as a performance task that our director

commend to us. Our seminar i8s a one day league where a lot of volleyball players
joined. The league was so physical as the players moves son often that makes them to
sweat and lose their body fats.

The play has a first elimination round of the two groups then after the semi
finals and the championship. My role there was the look out if the ball is inside or
outside.The 2 groups show their unity and listening skills to their leaders or coach.

After the play, we discuss about some topics that we discuss in the subject PE.
The kinds of outdoor plays, recreational activity and leadership skills. And also the
traits of a good leader. The seminar is fun however, it is also tiring and exhausting. I
enjoyed the seminar.
