POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, I, Sri. ---------------


-------------------------------------, as my true and lawful power of attorney
holder.

Whereas the ----------------------------------------------

Whereas, at present the khatha of the aforesaid property stands in my


name as per BBMP records and I have been paying property tax
regularly.

Whereas, I am staying abroad and will not be in a position to attend to


the aforesaid personally and hence I am executing this Power of Attorney
in favor -------------------------------------------------- with any party
interested in purchasing the said property. Whereas, I Would be present
in person at the time of execution of the Sale Deed.

My attorney ---------------------------------------------, deeds and things on my


behalf to do any one or all of the following deeds and things namely:

1. To appear and represent myself at the time of execution of the sale


agreement in respect of the Schedule “A” property on my behalf
and to collect the consideration due if any on my behalf ;

2. To sign in all the documents, forms, etc., at the time of entering


into a sale agreement in respect of the Schedule “A” Property ;

3. To Apply and obtain Khatha certificate and extract, pay taxes and
obtain any other documents from the concerned authorities for the
execution of the said sale agreement.

4. To represent me in any of the bank or banks, courts, registration


offices, municipal offices, office of competent authority, urban land
ceiling, income-tax offices, revenue offices or any co-operative
society, Central or any other State Government or other authority,
society, body corporate or other person for any purpose or
purposes whatsoever and do all acts as may be expedient before
the same or in connection therewith.

5. To cancel / terminate any agreement related to the said property,


which has already been entered into, with any person / parties,
whomsoever, in case of any kind of issues arising with the person
/ parties, whatsoever, and related to refund of any payments
received from the person / parties while entering into the
agreement, and act accordingly.

6. And I hereby agree and undertake to ratify and confirm all and
whatsoever my said attorney, under the power if that behalf here
before continued, shall lawfully do, execute or perform in exercise
of the power, authorities and liberties hereby conferred upon,
under and by virtue of this deed.

7. The Power of Attorney shall be effective from the date of its


execution and till revoked.
