Project Description
KPMG Group Audit next Generation intended to provide a common workspace
for the auditors, working on client-centered Group Audit engagements. Each
client-centered Group Audit engagement team will have a SharePoint
Collaboration Site Collection hosting one or multiple recurring Group Audit
engagements (i.e. one client-centered site hosts one or multiple group audits).
The Component teams working on the engagement will complete the required
memos and will submit the same to the Group Partner for review and approval.

Responsibilities:
 As Quality Consultant from vendor, work with all stakeholders to
define/improve the defect management process, work with all parties to get
the best practice for the project
 Maintenance of testing processes like test strategy, test plan, test execution
and daily and monthly tracking of per person efforts from onsite

Project Description
The Previous app of RBS in iTunes was built with Antenna mobile platform,
which is a multi-platform mobile development environment. The app has issues
with performance currently as it communicates via an Antenna Middleware
and then calls the RBS web services through a VPN tunnel. All these layers of
communication is putting a heavy overhead and latency on executing the
service calls and data transfer to the thin client. The new plan with us plan was
to redevelop the application using native Objective C for the IOS platform with
emphasis in improving performance and specific usability issues. By removing
the Antenna layer and VPN tunnel for the service calls we predicted and
implemented that the performance on loading data into the screens improved.

Responsibilities:
 Review functional or business requirement documents and use cases.
Translation of requirements into test plan and test cases.
 Acquire from or do knowledge transfer with Developers, Business Analysts,
SME and Architect who are expert in the relevant functional domain.
 Coordinate with other team members like Business Analysts, Developers,

Description
‘eAudit’ is developed for the leading Auditing client KPMG, which helps their
auditors to reduce the paper works in auditing process. It supports auditors by
providing the essential data and rules from the knowledge options available in
the eAudit application based on the countries where the company is located. It
is a Windows based application which helps Auditors to do their auditing much
easier. This application can be used with Client-Master and Team Server
scenarios. In Client-Master scenario, Master machine will hold the database
and all other clients can make use of it and both the Master and client can use
the application simultaneously. But in Team Server scenario, Master machine
or the Team server will not have the UI; instead it will hold the common
database.
