SOP OF FABRICS

1. Receiving fabric
2. Receive invoice and Packaging history
3. Fabric inspection as in delivered condition
4. Physical verification against invoice and packing
5. Store in warehouse + take cutting (15cm*15cm) & maintain a shade
continuity card with ID no & keep a record.
6. 100% width measurement & shrinkage check
7. Lab test of fabrics
8. Wash test for color fastening
9. Full fabric check before cutting (twisting,shade,etc)
10. Fabric approval.

1. Receiving trims
2. Receive invoice and Packaging history

5. Make a trim-card and maintain in books+PC.
