45ºC).
Medium : 20-30ml R2A / plate count agar.
Media Used:
Preparation of sample : Filter of water sample through 0.45 µ sterile filter paper , transfer the filter
paper in 100ml sterile Soyabean casein digest medium and incubate at 30-35°C for 18 to 24 hrs
(Solution-A).
