Dear All:

To give employee guidelines for Sunday, Special non-working holiday work schedule and
overtime (in excess of 8hours), please refer below:

1. For work performed on Sundays plus 30% considering it is the rest day of the
employee.
2. For work performed on Special Non-working falls on regular days plus 30%.
3. For work performed on Special Non-working falls on rest day (Saturday or Sunday)
plus 50%.
4. For work performed on Sundays & Special non-working holiday is 2 – 4 hrs only, will
be considered half day pay plus 30% plus back and forth transportation amounting to
P50.00 (Transportation allowance is not applicable for stay-in employees).

Sample Illustration:
Half day (Daily rate) P400 /2 + 30% = 260.00 + 50.00 = P310.00
Whole day (Daily rate) P400 + 30% = 520.00

5. If worked 5 to 8 hrs, whole day pay +30%.


6. In excess of 8 hrs work, overtime pay is + 30%.
7. Night differential pay is from 10:00pm to 6:00am of the following day.
8. Please note that there should be a corresponding pre-approved overtime form.
