Submission Requirements Financial Model Requirements

• Pitch book with 20 slides limit, submitted as .pdf file • DCF Model, Comps/ Multiples (any other valuation techniques
• Name .pdf file as [Team Name & Number]_[School]_[Company] deemed relevant to the investment case)
• If members are from different schools, put [Mix] under [School] • State key assumptions explicitly in the slide deck
• Arial font 12 minimum size, footnotes Arial font 10
• No slide limit for appendix
Grading Structure
• Please cite sources used (reports, Bloomberg data, etc.)
• IMPORTANT: Do not reference your team name, team members,
