Prescription

1. B-PROTIN POWD FOR ORAL SUSP


calcium 800mg, potassium 700mg, phosphorus 600mg, sodium 350mg, chloride 250mg ... and 22 Others
2 times a day (morning, night) for 3 months

General Advice

1. 1. Drink at least 3 bottles/ litres of water each day.


2. Eat 1-2 fruits a day.
3. Add vegetables as salad or cooked sabji at both lunch and dinner time.
4. Do not skip your meals and follow the meal timing.
5. Some protein needs to be at lunch breakfast and dinner. You can choose milk, curd, dal, channa, rajma,
lobia, eggs chicken fish etc.
6. Add healthy fats to your diet like 2 to 3 tsp of ghee to your meals and a handful of nuts in a day.
7. Avoid all fried foods, high sugar foods and foods from outside.
8. Indulge in regular physical activity. Atleast do exercise for 30 mins a day.
