1. The End Term Examination for theoretical and practical courses is scheduled for June 2019, with practical exams on June 4th and 6th and theoretical exams starting June 7th. 2. Students have the option to take proctored online exams from their preferred location if they meet technical requirements, or take center-based exams at specified Amity University campuses. 3. Students must book exam slots by May 30th through the student zone using their login credentials. Admit cards can then be generated following instructions in a provided video.

IMPORTANT CIRCULAR FOR JUNE 2019 ETE

The End Term Examination for Theoretical and Practical courses are scheduled as
under:
1. Practical Examination (As per your program structure, applicable for MCA & BCA
only):
Tuesday,4th June & Thursday 6th June 2019
2. Theoretical Examination: Friday, 7th June 2019 onwards
The Examination Schedule (Date Sheet) is available in your STUDENT ZONE under Exam
schedule tab.

Examination Mode
The students have an option to select any one mode in order to appear for the examination:
Proctored Examination (At your preferred location) - For Online Proctored Examination, the
students can appear for their exam at their preferred location during the allocated time slots
provided they are equipped / comply with all the following requirements:
Webcam (640X480 resolution)
Desktop / Laptop (Without any external disturbances / interruptions) Mozilla Browser
(latest version) or Chrome Browser (latest version)
Team-Viewer (To Download CLICK HERE) or Any Desk (To Download CLICK HERE) (to
provide remote assistance by our technical team, in case of any issues)
Center Based Examination (At Amity University Campus (Noida), Ghaziabad and Janakpuri
and listed International Centres) –For Centre-based examination, the students need to
appear in person at their respective centres after slot booking.

NOTE No software update should be activated (turn off all the software updates).
Make sure all background applications are closed or disabled as any of the notification pop-
up will be considered as navigation.
Power backup & strong internet connection are MANDATORY for seamless examination.
Slots booking of examination is on first come first serve basis.

Students need to book slots for all eligible papers at one go to avoid any inconvenience.
Book your Slot and generate Admit Card for all applicable subjects though STUDENT
ZONE OR through the admit card link given below

ZONE)

ADMIT GENERATION
Slot booking will start from 15th May 2019 and will be closed by 30th May, 2019 at 3.00 PM IST.
