EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT made and executed in Quezon City this
day of , 2019 by among: the legal heir:

I, CORAZON BERSABE ROMERO of legal age, widowed, Filipino and a resident of #66 Lincoln
Street Barangay San Antonio, San Francisco Del Monte Quezon City hereinafter collectivity referred
to as legal heir;

WITNESSETH THAT:

That I am the legitimate surviving wife, the heir of the late VICENTE BELLO ROMERO who was
died on May 21, 1994 at Quezon City.

That deceased VICENTE BELLO ROMERO was a registered owner of LOT which located at #66
Lincoln Street Barangay San Antonio, San Francisco Del Monte Quezon City of which land was
originally registered in the Registry of Deeds for the province of QUEZON CITY with Transfer
Certificate of Title No: 64444 and containing an area of ONE HUNDRED (100) SQUARE METER more
or less and died without last will and testament, and without debts whatsoever;

WHEREAS, it is to the best interest that herein as the wife and only surviving legitimate heir
of the late VICENTE BELLO ROMERO adjudicate divide and settle the above described real property
in accordance with the known wishes of the late VICENTE BELLO ROMERO and pursuant to law;

NOW THEREOF, for the consideration of the premises and invoking the provision of Section 1,
Rule 74 of the Rules of Court of the Philippines, herein surviving legal heir of the deceased VICENTE
BELLO ROMERO by adjudicating the afore-described real property in equal portions among
themselves, subject however to the liabilities imposed by sec. 4 rule 74 of the rules of court in favor
of any other heirs, creditors or other persons who might be deprived or might have been unlawfully
deprived in the adjudicating hereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have set their hands this day of
2019 at Quezon City, Metro Manila.

including this page where this acknowledgement is written, signed at the bottom of the instrument
and on the left hand margin of the first page of the HEIR and their instrument witnesses, and they
acknowledgement to me that the same is their free and voluntary act and deed.
