responsibility? If not, how is it helping them in business pursuits, financial viability and
sustainability?

Answer:

No, Alibaba does not just focus on small businesses only. It also identified to examine the global
gap of local industries. As such, their local industry is disconnected from global so they provide
facilities to connect with globally exportations. They try to export their products to global export
industry.

The role played by the other stakeholders in Alibaba group’s ecosystem is very effective as Ali

Wang Wang and Ali Bay providing basic infrastructure for transactions with each other.

Demand by sellers on Taobao increased as they provide free listing.

Answer:

They provide basic infrastructure. They also provide finance to domestic levels. They both are
same as they both promote e-commerce. Rural Taoboa provides training center that gives
awareness for ecommerce. Yes, rural taobao is a sustainable strategy because it promotes online
business it even starts online business and describes the payment method.

Answer:

Yes, if an ecommerce firm in India would adopt the strategy similar to china will definitely
grow because India and china are quite same but they can’t have same strategies. Implementation
can be same but can be bit modified.
