CONTRACT TO SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT TO SELL is made and executed this ________ day of ___________, 2019 by and
between:

JAMALLODIN S. DEMAO, of legal age, single, Filipino and with residence address at Blk 10 Lot 12,
Scions Executive Homes Subdivision, Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City, hereinafter referred to as “THE
SELLER”;

-AND-

NEIL KLEISE G. DE LA RITA, of legal age, single, Filipino and with residence at Blk 7 Lot 27, Scions
Executive Homes Subdivision, Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City, hereinafter referred to as “THE BUYER”;

-WITNESSETH-

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the regsitered owner of a blue sedan 1997 honda civic more particularly
described as follows:

Color: BLUE
Plate No.: UUE-285

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell the above-mentioned
vehicle under the terms and conditions herein below set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the total sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY
THOUSAND (Php 170, 000. 00) PESOS, PHILIPPINE CURRENCY, and of the covenants herein after set forth,
the SELLER agrees to sell and the BUYER agrees to buy the aforesaid property subject to the following
terms and conditions:

1. The total consideration shall be ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND (Php 170, 000. 00) PESOS,
PHILIPPINE CURRENCY, payable on a monthly basis amounting to SIX THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED FIFTEEN (P6,715.00) PESOS;

2. The said monthly installment shall be paid through salary deduction by BUYER’S employer
JESSREEL T. ECHAVEZ which shall be paid to the SELLER’s monthly insurance payment until the
total consideration shall be paid.

3. In case of failure to pay by the BUYER by reason of accident or severance of employment, JESSREEL
T. ECHAVEZ shall automatically assume the obligation of the BUYER and consequently take
possession of the said vehicle.

4. In case of failure of both BUYER and JESSREEL T. ECHAVEZ to pay the monthly insurance payment,
the said vehicle shall be confiscated in favor of the SELLER and the said monthly installment shall
be forfeited and considered as monthly rental for the use of the subject vehicle.

5. Possession to the subject vehicle shall be delivered by the SELLER to the BUYER upon payment of
the first monthly consideration;

6. Upon full payment of the total price, the SELLER shall sign and execute a DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
in favor of the BUYER. The SELLER shall likewise execute and/or deliver any and all documents,
including but not limited to the original copy of Certificate of Registration and other pertinent
papers.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures, this _______ day of
