EQUIPMENT:
Equipment and systems covered by this certificate are as follows:

This lighting fixture type EVFG**  is constituted by :

•A glass tube sealed on the light alloy parts (for all the versions)
•Terminal box (only for “Ex d e” version)
The tube part is intended to receive different types of lamps (single or double fluorescent lamps, LED) with or without emergency version.
The terminal box is intended to receive certified terminals as specified in the descriptive documents. The terminal box is separated from the
tube by a sealing bushing (3 or 5 conductors).

The lighting fixture type EVF*** is constituted by a glass tube sealed on the light alloy part. The tube part is intended to receive different types
of lamps (single fluorescent lamps, LED).

This equipment gets the degrees of protection IP66 in accordance with IEC 60529 standard.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF USE: YES as shown below:

The depth engagement of the threaded joints is superior to the value specified in the tables of IEC 60079-1 standard. For any repair, contact
the manufacturer.
For installation, the user will take into account that this equipment underwent only an impact test corresponding to an energy of a low risk.

ROUTINE EXAMINATIONS AND TESTS

For lighting fixture type EVFG***:

In accordance with clause 16.1 of the IEC 60079-1 standard each piece of equipment type EVFG*** has to have successfully passed, before
delivery, an overpressure test of a period comprised between 10 and 60 seconds under 15 bar.

For lighting fixture type EVFG*** with the terminal box protected by increased safety:
In accordance with clause 7.1 of the IEC 60079-7 standard, a dielectric strength test on each different circuits of the connection units, performed
according to the relevant standards, the testing voltage shall be applied during one minute.

For lighting fixture type EVF***:

In accordance with clause 16.1 of the IEC 60079-1 standard each piece of equipment type EVF*** has to have successfully passed, before
delivery, an overpressure test of a period comprised between 10 and 60 seconds under 17.4 bar.
