Guidelines for Creating Circuit Stations


1. Do one round of the EIGHT exercises, performing each exercise for 20 seconds with just 20 seconds rest in-between.
2. Incorporate exercises under the health and skill related component of fitness.
3. Include the following exercises: upper body exercises, lower body exercises, core exercises and cardio exercises.
4. Identify which station the exercise will be executed and the target muscle of each exercise.
5. Include warm-up and cool down exercises.

Complete the table. This will be the teacher’s guide for your performance
