CU BAZAAR 2019 Guidelines

CU Bazaar

Guidelines
1.) The exhibitors must pass a list of the materials needed at least 1 week before the Intramurals
week.
2.) The exhibitors must design their own booth according to the theme “Pinoy Festival.”
3.) There will a ribbon-cutting ceremony on September 19, 2019, at 11:00AM at the Friendship
Park grounds.
4.) There will be a closing program on September 21, 2019, Saturday, 4PM at the Friendship Park
Activity to award the participants and winners.
5.) The exhibitors are reminded of the following:
a. The area should not be left UNMANNED.
b. The cleanliness of the area is primarily the responsibility of the tenant.
c. Keep your belongings in a safe place.
d. Schedule of display is from 8AM – 8PM. If there will still be students in the university,
tenants are allowed to extend the display until 10PM.
e. Exhibitors are responsible of the safe keep of their belongings.
6.) Exhibitors will have an orientation on September 17, 2019 at 3pm in the Alumni Office,
for some concerns and clarifications. A representative may come to join the orientation.
