Council for continuation of recognition of your university for programmes offered through
distance mode from the year 2008L09 onwards.
In this connection:. we would !ike to infonn. you that vide our letter nibb F.No.
T?F.CIUnivlState/07/5563 dated 31.08:2007, your university was . accorded provisionai
re:f .r~lci,n for one year i.e. 2007-08for programmes offered through distance mode. We wo~tld
like to inform you that your proposal for granting regular recognition ar~dpost facto recognition
to your university is under process. Meanwhile, your university has been granted continuation of
provisional recognition till such time .the committee visit your university and submit its
recommendations and a decision is taken by the joint committee on the same.
However, we maintain that it is the responsibility of the institutionluniversity to follow Ihe norms
prescribed by the concerned regulatory .bodies or seek its recognition for professionqlltecl~nical

not beyond the boundary of the respective states. The Territorial Jurisdiction in case of Deemed Universities will be as per UGC mandates and

1. All the courses offered by this Centre are approved by the Academic
Senate of the Osmania University and Recognized by the Distance
Education Bureau (DEB), New Delhi.

2. The Academic year of this Centre starts from 15th July every year and
ends in the month of March / April for U.G., and May / June for P.G.
Courses.

3. SLMs is available for all the courses at the Centre and if necessary will be
sent to the candidates by registered post.
