Determine how obedient you are by accomplishing the obedience meter on page 108-109. Based on the result of the
survey, answer the important questions about the activity on page 110. Share your insights to the whole class.

1. The nature of humans enables us to perform our duty to treat other human beings with care and dignity.

1. You and your friends agreed to buy matching outfit for you next “gala”. When you asked your mother for money, she
told you that she won’t give you money for that kind of thing. She told you not to buy things which you may not really
need. How you are going to deal with this situation? Explain.
2. Your parents imposed a no cellphone rule during Sunday. They know that in might be quite difficult but they want you
to focus on your studies. How are you going to react in this demand? Why?

share their ideas.
 Each student will think of a specific law in the different aspects of society and they will explain how each of them
contributes for the common good.
 Each student will think of personal rules which can help them in their formation as young citizens.
Expansion/Assignment
Try to do some experiment on your home by following the commands of your parents from the moment you wake up until
you sleep at night. Record your journal on page 121.
